As Christians, we believe that the Gospel is worth sharing. The good news of Jesus Christ is the most important and powerful news anyone can hear. One way or another it will impact your life for eternity. Sports is arguably the most powerful platform that exists. It builds bridges, connects cultures, and creates community through a ball, a disc, a racket, and/or an open space. Connecting the platform of sports with the gospel is a no brainer if we want to impact the next generation for Jesus Christ. Sports allow us to not only share the gospel, but to build lifelong relationships that will lead to eternal impact in whatever communities we find ourselves in.
Young people need healthy spaces to learn, be challenged, and build supportive community. As we create those spaces through the different sports we play we can earn the right to share our lives and the Gospel of Jesus Christ with them.
