Why Ultimate?
The sport of Ultimate Frisbee is intrinsically designed to teach important life skills and be a safe space for all participants. Spirit of the Game is a rule that separates Ultimate Frisbee from many other sports. It’s a guideline that essentially means we will work through conflict on the field in a respectful and honoring way. Though a secular sport, it’s easy for us to use the “Spirit of the Game'' to help us connect those same principles to their Biblical origins and share the Gospel. Because there is no contact, players of all ages, genders, and abilities can play together.
